Hi, I’m Kelly — the creative mind behind Jewlhara.

I’ve always loved beads. There’s just something about them — the colours, the textures, the feel of them in your hands. Growing up in Scotland, I got into jewellery making at a young age, but it was travelling that really shaped my style. From vibrant markets in Southeast Asia to quiet little bead shops abroad, I’ve picked up inspiration (and a fair few beads) everywhere I’ve been.

I’ve always been into crafts too, so when it comes to making, I’m pretty versatile — necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets… if I can string it or wire it, I’ll make it. Even though I ended up in engineering as a career, that creative side of me never disappeared. It came rushing back during the quiet of Covid, with a little encouragement from my sister, and it’s been full steam ahead ever since.

Now, I mix that practical, precise part of me with the more expressive, intuitive side. Each piece is made with intention — not just to look beautiful, but to feel meaningful. Whether it’s to ground your energy, lift your mood, or just make you feel like you, I hope you find something here that resonates.
